Mine too! I’ve had it for over a year now and my piggos love it, it’s still holding up besides the fact that it shrank a little and there’s a small hole in the bottom, but not big enough to cause any issues.

I just got 2 young guys cause my old man died and i had a single guy left.
These two are tiny but immediatly learned that salad is stored in the fridge..and the door sound just makes them scream. It doesn't matter if they just got something, there could always be more!

Purring can also mean they’re relaxed!! My girlie loves to lay down on top of me and have her head rubbed, and then she gets super comfy and happy and starts purring. The others don’t do this tho, so it might be a her thing.
And rumbling doesn’t necessarily mean mating either bc uh… my girls rumble at each other whenever they’re pissed 😂 they also teeth chatter at me when they don’t like something, usually to do with me being a bad DJ cuz one of my girls loves music. In short, my Guinea pigs are divas lmao

I feed my Guinea pigs treats as they’re kibbles and sprite instead of water. I also don’t give them any attention or vegetables. They live outside and I don’t hear them up at all in the winter.
Jk: did I scare u guineadad? I’m just kidding my piggies are spoiled with the best food in existence and the largest cage I could ever buy. I keep them in my living room where they get tons of attention daily. I LOVE ur videos so much!!!

My abysinnian piggy always used to shriek when her partner piggy got even remotely close (for cintext they grt along well and love eachother). Id just be getting ready and heae a shriek amd think 'Autumns at it again isnt she'. Thankfully she doesnt do it anymore 😅

Does anyone have tips for taking care of a special needs piggy? She was very badly inbred and has tons of issues, (like she’s blind one eye and partially deaf, she’s a menace but I love her) I’ve had her for over a year now but I’m constantly worried about if I should do more to care for her. She’s very happy, eats plenty, and is very curious and friendly, I love her to death and I’ll do anything for her. (Her sister protects her too!)
And just a little positive note, today Mocha (the special needs piggo) allowed me to rub her head for a few seconds, which has never happened before today, it really feels like all the hard work put into bonding is so worth it, just proves how amazing Guinea pigs are.
