I was checking the list of 50 best cheese dishes around the world
Number 1 was Raclette
Number 2 was Saganaki
Number 3 was Shahi Paneer
Number 4 was Paneer Tikka
Number 16 was Burek Sa Sirom
Number 17 was Sirnica
When I saw this list I immediately remembered Ivana Perkovic.
I also know that Gouda is cheese in Netherlands while Gowda is a Karnataka name.
I think there is a difference in the pronunciation of D.

One unique thing about Amsterdam is that due to land being a premium, the houses have extremely small stairs and heavy items are lifted via pulleys and hooks.
The stairs are dangerous part of any old Dutch home built before 70s
