Making A Super Mario Bros. Themed Snow Globe - Using Polymer Clay

- Today we will create this Mario Bros. themed snow globe using polymer clay! This globe will feature The Piranha Plant, Goomba, and The Question Block. I really enjoy making these globes, and I think this one turned out way better than the first one! I would love creating more, and I would love to hear your ideas for other globes! It would also be cool to see different underwater creatures in a snow globe. Since there is already water and that would fit nicely. I just can't think of any except cheep cheeps and blooper ^^

If you are ever worried about the figures not staying attached to the base I would recommend buying a pin vise so that you can drill little holes into the figures and base then glue in a short piece of wire to secure them. I usually cut up paperclips for the wire.

Thank you for sharing this video. I want to create snow globes but I used to create figures with cornstarch and white glue. I though using uv resin or something like that to protect my figures, but I see that the best option is using polymer clay.
Does that clay work like air dry clay? Yea it sounds like polymer clay would be a lot less work.

What’s your thoughts on epoxy to preserve clay sculptures in? Seeing this one done in snow glove form was cool and made me think of other cool ways to “frame” the clay art

What clay do you use and where do you get the globe?
I use fimo soft polymer clay, and I got the globe from Amazon.
For the next snow globe, I think you should make an Among us airship character themed one. I think it would be awesome! Hope you see this.
