The Holy Spirit will not come in uninvited. Meaning, every morning when you pray, you must invite the Holy Spirit to fall fresh down upon you, and you are to talk with the Holy Spirit and not pray to the Holy Spirit. If you really desire the Holy Spirit, then you must daily ask the Holy Spirit to come into your life. He "The Holy Spirit " will not come in unannounced. You must invite Him in. You don't pray to the Holy Spirit, you simply talk with Him as you would the Father or Son. Nowhere in the Bible you find people praying to the Holy Spirit. You talk to the Holy Spirit as you would the Father.
Another thing about desiring the Holy Spirit. If you're stuck on worldly music or attached to anything of the wirld you must release it, other wise you're wasting your time. The Holy Spirit isn't to play with, because there's NO Forgiviness for playing with the Spirit of God.
However, the best thing you can do is ask the Holy Spirit to teach you how to Surrender your life FULL to the Lord Jesus Christ, to be used for the purpose of leading others to the Lord Jesus Christ.
