最後が何故か今それが〜ですね
岩沢推しには嬉しかった。岩沢が出てきた時「まじか！」って驚いた。泣けたし、今回コラボとしての話が前回より相当良かった。麻枝准が作曲した曲で「Vanishing Day」という曲があるんですが、歌詞がこのコラボストーリーの内容に似ていて、そういう意味でも麻枝准が作るって感じの話で今回凄い良かった。長文失礼

Finally played the event. Didn't expect to see Iwasawa appear and hear Miyukichi voicing some lines, complete with Marina singing another version of Ichiban no Takaramono. Hot damn.
Also, thank you Heaven Burns Red, thank you Jun Maeda for fueling my Iwasawa x Hisako ship.
I mean, it wasn't as much of a surprise, because they've been inseparable from the very beginning and what else could a Hisako event possibly cover? But it really was a surprise for her to actually appear and not just in a flashback!
This event is an absolute blessing and finally gave them a conclusion. A very fitting finale to their story!
@@masamishusband that's what I mean! I totally didn't expect Iwasawa to actually just "Hey, I'm here to pick you up." I thought it would just be full of flashback about Iwasawa. Thank goodness for that, it's a happy thing to see Hisako's endeavor to be rewarded like that.
@@Syapaaye It was honestly the sweetest thing to find out that she waited for Hisako all that time. It's something that always made me a bit sad that they never got to properly say goodbye, given their history - and now we got exactly that and much more.
Hisako asking Iwasawa if they could form a band in the next life killed me and Iwasawa basically responding to Hisako's feelings in Ichiban no Takaramono Crow Ver.🥲🥲🥲 IT'S ALL SO BEAUTIFUL AND EMOTIONAL.
I was already a big fan of Marina between Angel Beats and DECO*27 but WOW she's come so far as a singer since then. This version is absolutely incredible. Those nigh notes!
marina is hands down one of the most talented Japanese artists I've ever come across. Her range is insane and her voice truly a gift. I really hope that she'll make a proper comeback someday, because this woman deserves the world.

LiSAさんも素晴らしい歌声だけど、個人的にはmarinaさんの歌声が好きだったから、Crow Ver.が出てきて鳥肌が止まらなかった！
歌詞も岩沢さんらしくて、音楽とひさ子さんが大好きなのがとても伝わるのが更に涙を誘います。
これはしおりんのエピソードにも期待しちゃって良いのでしょうか。
以下ネタバレ注意と違和感（長文なので読まなくても良いです）
ストーリーラストで岩沢さんが現れた時、確かにひさ子さんは満たされたのでしょう。
感動のシーンのはずですが、私には違和感がありました。
アニメ本編で先に成仏したはずの岩沢さんが、なぜあのタイミングでひさ子さんの前に現れたのでしょうか？
岩沢さんはその理由を「ひさ子を置いて先に行く訳がない」と語りました。
「まぁ確かに」と言えますが、それだけではアニメ本編を知っている身としては足りない気がするのです。
勝手な推測と仮説ですが、
ひさ子さんはAngel Prayer制作者のように、死後の世界で未練ができてしまったために成仏できなかったようです。
しかしそれでは死後の世界本来の役割が果たせません。
死後の世界は生前に満たされなかったことに区切りをつけ、次の生に進むように用意された舞台です。
未練ができてしまっては、いつまでも次の生に進めず、囚われ続けることになります。
そう考えた時に一つの仮説が生まれました。
あの岩沢さんはひさ子さんの成仏を後押しするために、死後の世界のシステムが用意した存在なのでは？と。
ひさ子さんは斬崎の本当の思いを知り、生前の未練から区切りをつけていました。
ひさ子さんが岩沢さんの夢を見て、死後の世界のシステムがそれを感知し、成仏の後押しをしただけだったのかもしれません。
と、涙も感動も台無しにしそうな仮説でした。
穿った見方をしているのは承知ですが、
みゆきちのエンディングの時から感じていた「いくらなんでも都合がよすぎでは？」が今回もあったので、
私自身の整理と言語化のためにコメントに残しました。
最後に誤解のないように記しますが、私はこのイベントストーリーには大変満足しています。
AB!で語られなかったキャラクターストーリーがこうして補完されていくことに、いち鍵っ子として嬉しい気持ちでいっぱいです。
麻枝さんが描く世界には美しくも残酷な部分があり、それらがあるからこそ多くのファンがついているのでしょう。
だからこそ、あの死後の世界が持つ役割とシステムには、まだ語られていない謎があると思ってしまうんです。
「よかったね」だけでは終わらない、美しくも残酷な真実があるのでは？
という妄想でした。以上！

While I forgot about the VNs, I never forgot about the show, and their songs. Knowing that the series is still alive makes me feel better

@@thatAC130AB! was a multimedia project from the beginning, hence why you should not only watch the anime, but also the manga.
The VN was supposed to be the house that was build on top of what the anime and manga established. Unfortunately though it got discontinued with no official cancellation.
And fear not there are the same people behind it, if anything the VN expands most of the established lore and adds so much more details, you would be surprised.

I loved the event and I liked this version of Ichiban no Takaramono, but I keep thinking it's strange that it exists. Marina is retired and hikarisyuyo (the arranger) has been very absent due to health problems. Which makes me think that maybe this version was recorded for the visual novel initially, it would make sense since everyone was together at the time.
What do you think? Do you know if there was any publication related to the musicians' meeting? I remember that last year there were many publications when the staff met to record the Irie episode.
First and foremost, to clear things up a little - marina has NOT retired as a singer. That's a common misconception of her being rather inactive the past few years. So fear not!
As for the track itself - you can definitely hear that it must've been recorded quite recently by the sound of marina's voice, so I doubt it was shelved somewhere and now put to use. Certainly planned, just like with the remaining character routes and whatnot, but just recently put together for this very occasion.
There is so much regarding AB! that just waits to see the light of day someday. God knows what will await us in the future!
And I should might add that the second collab just proves that they are actively planning to flesh out Girls Dead Monster at least, with the third one most likely featuring Sekine!

They are just going with the crow theme, I think. Given it is a very prominent part of her character and her also having other songs including the word "crow" (Crow Song, Crow Blues).

There isn't a proper release (hopefully yet) though, because it comes from the collaboration Angel Beats! had with the mobile game Heaven Burns Red.
