I respect the grind you've committed to your podcast. But man, this is a lot of incoherent nonsense.
I think you would benefit a lot from having a script and/or a tighter presentation style. It's asking a lot for people to pay attention to someone talking for this long. Imagine you're hearing one of your teachers saying the exact same things that you're saying. You would not be paying attention, there's no guardrails or clearly defined structure to the overall presentation.
