The Welcome To The Billionaire's Club theme sounds like the Sega Genesis game music.
That’s because both the Genesis and many arcade/pinball boards of the time (including Williams pinball boards) used FM synth chips for audio
DeathEngine2 The timpani sounds like a Super Nintendo game music.
So much cool fm pinball music out there that doesn't get recognition like video game ost's.

There is no MIDI involved here. It is a custom sound driver running on a dedicated CPU driving the Yamaha FM synthesizer.
