It's more about grip on the spinning bars, if you have each hand rotated in different ways it counters out the spinning bar, making it much easier to complete.

My toxic trait is believing I can do this with ease, I should also mention I do not work out.
I work out a little but I used to do this as a kid
I climb outside and inside but still don't think I could do 100 sec. It's the Dunning - Kruger effect. I probably know more so I also know how difficult this actually is and I know my own abilities better.
I could definitely hang on for a while, but for 100 seconds? Absolutely not. Lol.
I've done 80 seconds at a fair so I'm close
same but i have good balance from doing ballet so i’m using that to justify my belief that i can do this

It's a spinning bar
So basically when you hold it you will feel basically feel like falling off because the spinning effect will push your hands off in a way, so you have to use more effort in trying to keep your hands on the bar
That's why staying focused is so important in this challenge (rather than strength), because one mistake will cause the spinning effect to make you slip off right away
I feel like she was pressured and she did really well imo considering that it's a spinning bar
I think you have to have your hand in a certain position

I've actually completed this challenge before, key for me was to grab tight and never regrip. You can also wrap your thumbs underneath your fingers so the bar doesn't spin.

Just keep your arms straight, control your mindset (you can also close your eyes) and don't do any unnecessary movements. You'll just hang down almost forgetting that you're holding onto a bar.
edit: It's harder for tall people because they have to keep themselves from touching the ground.
One thing I noticed, is the grip. If you have the hands facing the same way, it is much harder, but if you have one hand facing forward the other facing back, it is much easier

Normally the trick to win this is to alternate between the 2 arms after a while so you get blood flow back in them, but idk if it works with a spinning bar.
