I think Black Moon is the weakest because it’s so underdeveloped. I wanted to see more of Chibi-usa’s struggles with being 900 years old and perpetually stuck in a child’s body. I wanted to see more of the Black Moon’s beliefs that immortality in Crystal Tokyo is immoral and wrong. There are good ideas here that could have been explored more.
I loved this commentary on this, the original is good, crystal was horrible. But the manga was amazing, i can agree with you on your options to ^^
Dream arc and infinity arc in the manga are my favorite
Pretty interesting. As someone who never read the manga and just watched some crystal episodes and movies, I find this top very cool. It is funny to see the dream arc on the top, knowing how much hate the 90s dearm arc gets
The other senshi were basically extras in the manga 😂

Its been many years since I read most of the manga, and anything past the Black Moon arc. But Stars and Black Moon are my least favorites. IMO both arc spend far too long with Mercury (my favorite sailor Scout/Guardian) and Jupiter (My second favorite of the inner Scouts/Guardians) out of action.
The manga arcs are all on a similar level to me, but if I had to do a ranking, it would be the the same or at least similar to yours.^^ I agree with basically everything you said.
Hi Chrissy try checking out the live action sailor moon show maybe the pacing is better than the manga and anime in your opinion
