AMEN!!! That crap schit show on the CW just butchered the real show. I never watched it, but from the little snippets I have seen they just ruined it. I totally agree with what Gordon Thompson ( Adam ) said,,,,, was that is was total schit! I was really open to it at first. And I was really hoping they would fix a lot of the errors that the original show had. For example: like bringing Fallon and Amanda together, and letting us see the Carrington sisters interact. Another example: was letting Steven be GAY, instead of going back and forth like a flag with his sexuality. Another I would’ve done was brought Adam and Kirby together for a lot longer, they were the dark couple that had to overcome the loss of a child, there was so much more to explore with the two of them. Doing more with Dominique,,,,not having Claudia be written out,,,,,letting Alexis find some true happiness,,,,,doing more with Amanda, and not letting her go so soon,,,,,,I could go on and on. I was really hoping for that kind of a show, and I always have liked Grant Show,,,,,but instead we got nothing but schit. Such a shame. Well at least we have the whole show and The Colby’s on DVD!! I think I’ll start watching the series again! 💙💚💙💚

My all time favorite scene of Dynasty was when Alexis threw Blake and the dull Krystle out the mansion. I was team Alexis from the moment she arrived back in Denver . Joan was amazing in this role . Honorable mention goes to Claudia when she tell’s Krystle…you stand by radiating this glow of passive acceptance..you allow the treachery. Dang she burned her good then she burned down La Mirage lol. 😎😎😎

I always really liked Claudia. I was so bummed when she left the show. I would’ve liked to have seen her come into her own money, and be bitchy a little longer before going back to the sweetheart she always was. I still don’t know the real reason why Pamela Bellwood left the show. I remember back in 1986 I read that she had gotten pregnant in real life after the show runners ( either Aaron Spelling, or the Shapiros,,,,or maybe both) told her not to. And when she did in fact get pregnant they got mad at her and wrote her out ( in a blaze of glory). I don’t know how much truth there is in that, it I’d sure love to know the truth.....
@@Mr.EmeraldTheGreen that's correct she had married and just had A baby..the Character lasted far longer then I imagined..she accidentally started the fire at la mirage and perished in the flames..and then 1 or 2 seasons later..Matthew is back for a crazy spell..apparently Lindsay did die as a result of the jeep accident in South America...
Christopher cazenove was a wonderful addition...
Linda Evans always had the most bizarre hairstyles.
But they did look good on her...and she played alittle bit with the colour...

I believe Alexis is a good person. She has always fought for what she had in life. She was beaten by Roger Grimes and humiliated because of her own mistake. She left Denver and her children because of that. She lost her son Adam when he was a baby. You can judge her but you can't deny that she's a tough lady, smart and brilliant in a way...
