wait for 12-18 - months end user , new entry should wait as buying house is a life long investment for next 30 years so no harm in waiting for 12-18 months 2025 april may will have more clarity - , its not real 10000-25000 in 3-4 years - if public wil wait then builders wil come to 11000-12000

The actual issue is retail debt. Slow down in any sector like IT or auto will create a chain reaction of slow down in entire market. People who are buying at these inflated prices will default on their loan. Scary situation it'll be.
खरीदार को भिखारी की तरह लाइन लगवाई, खरीदार तो भगवान होता है। Builder और broker खरीदार को कुछ समझता नही था, अभी तो ब्रोकर के लिए slow down upto नवंबर तक रहेगा। खरीदार से इज्जत से बात करना सीखेगा broker
Bhai broker ko koi client pay nhi krta samzhe.. to wo kyu faltu me customer ke aaghe piche ghume usko cahiye hoga to aayega wrna nhi aayega..devloper apne side se commission deta h brokers ko..deemand supply ka khel h bs aur kuch ni😂

The Buyer is not “GOD”😂 He is just a human who wants to pay money in exchange of some product or service.
I will beg to differ. This is not the time to buy, investors without further money and no exit will be forced to sell at lower rates, people should wait. Why should you buy when you can get similar price after 3/4 years also, if not less. Pl do not fall in the trap.
i dont think 2 crore ka 1200 sq feet easy amount hai. Salaried employee aggar 1.2 crore ka loan lega toh uski monthly installment 1.2 lakh per month. isse sasta toh rent hai . 40k me rent per mill jaaega janak puri me delhi ke best areas me. job ka koi bharosa nahi. 50 years ki age tak max it me job hai after that laat maar ke bahar nikaal dete hai
So how long do you think the market will remain slow? This arbitrariness has been done by the builders, they themselves are aware of what they are doing, they are thinking of it as a joke.

No one is selling below 2.7 Cr.
The slow down is applicable for only bigger sizes. In fact no slowdown, the builder just reduced the rates to sold out their left units. That's the fact only.
