Women are craving connection and are seeking circle to create meaningful friendships that are more than skin deep, and a place to rediscover their authentic selves.
Today, I’d like to share with you my 7 guiding principles to leading an effective women’s circle. This comes from over a decade of experience both leading circle and training thousands of other women how to lead circle.

1. Set intentions (for yourself and others)
2. Honour the container (have structure)
3. Lead by example to create a safe space - connect to feel safe, share and listen - give the women permission to be seen / heard
4. Invite women into co-creative leadership
5. LISTEN for their brilliance (less is more) allow for fluidity, let them speak lots
6. Lead from your intuition and be in the present moment
7. Give and receive!!!! ❤
