In this video I have explained the correct method of stopping hair fall, and making your hair healthy using Vitamin Supplements (Biotin, Folic Acid etc). I have also given the names of some good Hair Fall/Vitamin Supplements available in the market.

Hello Dr. How can I contact you? I'm having problem with pcos.
My own hair density was very less as compared to last year due to hair smoothing. To get back my hair I started applying Cocconion anti hair fall set by littleeextra and it worked in increasing hair thickness and hair growth. I would suggest if you apply it then always wash your hair by mixing shampoo with a little water before using as it performs much better that way. When you apply hair oil then heat it a bit and then apply. Apply it a minimum of once or twice a week. Use wooden neem comb while brushing your hair and use scalp massager while hair cleansing to get remove dirt, sebum etc and it gives even improved results.

I'm suffering from seborrheic dermatitis and to treat it I'm taking terbinafine 250 mg tablet after dinner. Also I'm doing massage on scalp with zydip-c lotion at night before bed and in morning I'm using C-win Shampoo.
Also I'm suffering from hair thinning, hair fall and male pattern baldness as well. For treating it I'm taking -
For vitamins I'm taking Becadexamin after breakfast and for Iron I'm taking Autrin after lunch.
But Becadexamin doesn't have Vitamin B7 or Biotin.
Can I start taking Biotin Forte after dinner with Terbinafine?
