An awesome build, I am so glad I already had ordered and received my real chewlix. If I saw this first I may have been tempted to try it and I would have screwed it up. Royally wasted a bunch of my time and money. Your skills are so far beyond mine but you make it look so easy. Thank you for all your videos , pretty much everything you do. Project videos on are stuff that I am dying to do.
You're too kind! Jump in there man. Remember, editing makes the mistakes go away. Lol
@@CGRTist I will just continue enjoying your labor. Honestly I closed in my garage except for about 4 ft of it to be able to put in my arcade along with 135 in projection screen. So I have no room for woodworking tools other than the bare necessities. Over the coming years I am thinking of doing some of your door trims and stuff and eventually making it more Star wars corridor-esque.
It came out great! The silver on the edges really made it look like exposed metal.
Thanks! Yeah, that made quite a difference!
Your hilarious Ron! That cabinet came out awesome Bro. Those colors were perfect and loved the weathering. Great job on the build and the video!
Thanks W3, I appreciate that!
Love this, ordered the diy plans yesterday, today I’m heading for the tools shop and spending money like crazy😅.

Finally building a Workbench in the garage to tackle projects, I was thinking of a WideScreen Thin footprint like this & make it 4 players for the Simpson, TMNT, Xmen.

You my friend are next level, this came out outstanding!!! What was the name of the primer you used ?
Appreciate it my friend. I used BIN Advanced by Zinsser
You adding magic sliders on the base or using heavy duty wheels to move it around? Looks amazing, great work on the weathering effect.
I haven't decided yet. I am leaning toward wheels as I can lock them down.
Pretty cool man! whats the size of the screen? also that arcade is better to use it in a sitting position or stand up?
The screen is 32". And these types of machines are designed for sitting.
@@CGRTist oo ok ok. Im going to try 50 Inch arcade, wich me luck xD.
Oh wow!!! That should be awesome!

Why would you do this, those buttons and levers are trash tier compared to real sanwa stuff. Since its diy, might as well spend the extra $30 for the real stuff.
Hmm, you're right
@@CGRTist
I mean people take the time to change their arcade1up to real sanwas, here you are DIY and choose to use the arcade1up tier button/levers. Is it opposite day lol.
