Making a new Lift Lever Shaft Part 1

The lift lever shaft on this 1961 Wheel Horse model 701 had a damaged roll pin hole and was rusted together in the wrong place. In this video I show how I removed the old one and got a new shaft welded to the handle. Adding the roll pin hole and getting it back together will be in Part 2.
