@@SongsFromASuitcase I think it depends on your perspective, Mrs Fleming definitely wasn't a positive character (she was an ex-hippie guidance counselor who exploited the deaths at the school to get attention), but she seems like she'd be an interesting character to play. In the musical version, she was featured in the song "Shine a Light".

They’re showcased pretty well in “When the Chips are Down”, the second half of “Gone, I’m Gone”, and “Word to the Wise”.Though really I’d love anything you’d do with Hadestown.

I love this song so much that I have been trying to shift my voices to the different Heathers.
The part where you said that *Heather Chandler had the authoritive voice is really true.
One time, I used that tone of voice to my dog, and surprisingly my dog kneeled down and kept quiet.
I think that's the alpha voice.

All of the singers in heathers are so talented, i even learned how to adapt my voice so I could sound like them. Except for Heather McNamara, I can’t do any nasally voices.Heather Duke is my more natural voice though, and she’s my favorite character, so that’s really swag.
now that I know a little more of the anatomy and terminology, I can kind of FEEL a lot of techniques that I hear. Like in that last riff from Heather C, I got this sensation in my head of my tongue relaxing forward and my sinuses opening when she had to jump up

If she heard about some of the themes, I wonder if she was expecting it to be like Mean Girls. For those who don't know, Mean Girls is a fairly conventional high school satire that deals with issues such as cliques and bullying, a most of the plot is based on Cady (new girl, who was living with her anthropologist parents traveling Africa, and knew nothing about "girl world") and Janis (a rebel who used to be popular before she was betrayed by Regina, the queen bee) socially sabotaging Regina (who, unlike Heather Chandler, often puts on a fake-nice persona).
Heathers is a cynical black comedy satire, where Veronica Sawyer (who was basically forced to join Heathers, and is clearly unhappy living in the toxic environment of her school, Westerberg) is manipulated/tricked by her abusive boyfriend JD (a psychopathic delinquent) into helping him kill Heather Chandler (the queen bee, who, unlike most portrayals, is very openly hostile) and some of the other popular kids; after they stage the deaths as suicides, the movie deals with sensationalist portrayals of real life teen suicides.
I would love if you could possibly talk about harmony when you do videos like this. I know a big problem is people don't know how to blend when trying to sing 3 part (especially a song like this where all 3 are required to belt) and the ending is all full belt/mix from these ladies. Maybe next video can be looking at a trio and chat about harmony/mixing.

Happy New Year! I would appreciate it if you could check out *FROM HOME (REARRANGED VERSION) by NCT U* . NCT is a South Korean boy group consisting of members from all around the world. They have some of the best vocalists in the K-Pop industry along with their labelmates EXO (I highly recommend them too)! They go through intense vocal and dance training before they debut and you can tell how hard they work just from the quality of their performances. Their song From Home is a 90's R&B ballad sung in 4 languages! There is the original From Home MV, their live performance of the rearranged version at MAMA 2020, and the MV for the rearranged version which is the same audio from their live performance. The MVs are less likely to be copyrighted compared to their MAMA performance but the rearranged version MV is still live vocals. I highly recommend checking out both the original MV and the rearranged version MV! This song is very meaningful to the members and fans as they look back at their roots and their journey starting from their home to where & who they are today. I really hope you check them out! Their vocals are unbelievable! Thank you!

I have very deep voice for a girl- it’s kinda scary when I listen to my self talk. Combined with the way I talk which is very proper as I read plenty of books and my vocabulary is large, I’m scared by listening to my self talk.
