She wanted to make gurer handesh or andosha. Gur is actually made by evaporating the juice from Date trees which collected during winter by shaving a particular area on date trees and whole night the juice come out from the shaved area . It's literally a substitute of cane sugar and healthier one. Handesh or Andosha is a kind of spaghetti made by wheat flour, gur and water. Its sweet crispy. Crushed coconut make more sweet and crispy.
