Ncert was not available as new textbooks throughout india so most of students were getting old ncert which considered atoms of each element was stable , similiar if question from rolling were coming it means question was designed from old ncert , therefore in my opinion both of options should be correct, i would challenge it too
Why don't u see Bio Questions which came from new ncert... tissue culture portion added in Biotechnology chapter, which was earlier in enhancement in food production..

The one abt maize , they had asked to identify the part of the seed which is destined to form root.. actually the answer was supposed to be C but they had given the arrow in the wrong position in the question paper , so the nearest option according to question paper will be D right.. so isn't that also a controversial question

Abbe d wala coleorhiza hain. C wala radicle hain aur labelling sahi hain 12th ka ncert kholke dekho. Aur root thori na coleorhiza se nikalta hain. Radicle se nikalta hain toh c wala hi correct hain
