I had this happen once and my partner at that time went to consult and the healer was like its cause his ancestors are angry cause we stay together and we aren't married cause his family history they get married they don't co-habitate. Anyway yes you can find out if your in-laws like you or not via a consult. In terms of them being okay with the fact that you are gifted it has to do do with their religion practices, it's easier to find that out if your husband does a check in. Ancestral gifts can only be transferred via a bloodline. There is a case where your great grandfather in-law was gifted then he passes that gift the mother in-law had to you via the bloodline of the child of great-grandfather .
