Nice! I recently made one out of the same weight plates but with a handle made from galvanized plumbers pipe.

I've been watching gada and macebell videos for years, how is this new to me? CZcams search engine sucks, and has so for a long time.

It works exactly as designed, it funnels you to products and services. That is its purpose.

I watched all the other home made mace bell videos and this one is the fastest, easiest, and least troublesome, that meets the same objective as all the others. I don't feel like spending $200 on a large mace bell commercially made. The original ancient mace gada from India was a ball of stone and a one meter bamboo pole. Im sure a trip to Target, K-Mart, or Walmart and Home Depot for the pole, is all that is needed to have a low cost but effective mace bell.

What are the names of the red parts that you have attached to the wooden bar, or do you have the Amazon links?

Attention everyone! Make sure that the dumbbell collar bolts are deeply screwed into the end of the wooden pole or you or some victim will get screwed instead.

I would tape up the end with that very popular Gorilla Tape, for better grip traction. This stuff is powerful as hell, just like Gorilla Glue. In my opinion, this is the smartest and easiest way to make your own Mace Gada at a very low cost without getting ripped off by a company like Torque Athletic with one of their "Macebells".
