Love it!
Even though this is for kids I'm tense after watching
This actually happened to my extremely allergic friend before. When he was in primary, he always ate this brand of sausages almost everyday, but one day, the brand added flour into the recipe without informing everyone, then he had to get sent to the hospital since he was gluten intolerant. Today him and I have good laughs about it and just treat it as a reminder that you should be careful of every little thing you do especially when it affects lots of people
You guys enjoyed that "ugh Gluten" skit that's been popular in YT for a time?
Almost had a panic attack cause a cheap brand chicken burger were recalled. It was just that they didn’t put on the label they put eggs in them. I am not allergic to eggs, was just worried was salmonella or listeria or something.
Its a easy lawsuit
Intolerance doesn't often have someone in the hospital, hope they are okay now. (I'm a coeliac so I wouldn't be in hospital either but I would be hella pissed and obviously I would be unable to function for at least a week)
Massive skill issue
This is why I always check labels, even if I had it before. I have many allergies and i've seen food change ingredients that makes them unsafe to eat.
Yes I guess that's really important
Thank god I got no allegedly only very wierd skin disease that just appear suddenly
I had a allergic to milk, not anymore
@@cheese2576 Wait as in lactose intolerance?
@@cheese2576 I did too before it went away. Only years later did I find out it was one of the times lactose intolerance pretends to be a milk allergy.
Also you can be allergic to milk without being lactose intolerant.
I like how the human body is a greater hazard to itself than a natural disaster
Yeah sometimes it's really hard
I can confirm ... it sucks
The human body is built with such accuracy, the smallest issue can kill you. Look at your throat, oesophagus and lungs. Just a little thing that prevents food and saliva from going in the lungs. If it closes just 0.1 seconds too late when swallowing food or saliva, it goes in the lungs and you're chocking.
Why, just why can it fail
Yeah, did you know Poison Ivy isn't actually poisonous? Nearly every human is just mad allergic to it, so we misinterpreted it as poison!
Humans are a form of unnatural disaster that has no benefit.

Yes, I know about epinephrine, the lifesaving injection for allergic reactions. I have allergies and need an epi pen myself. I just through the teeth comment was incredibly stupid.
Idk something related to Epinephrine 😅
Best 100 iq moments
@its_recaptime epinephrine is the drug in the Epi-Pen. Epinephrine is the drug form of adrenaline, teeth don't make adrenaline
Some allergies are able to be grown out of. A lot of people don’t have the allergies they had when they were kids and don’t know that and stay away from foods they could be eating

If this did happen in real life I feel like the company could and would bare responsibility. This is because it didn't contain a common allergy ingredient before and they changed their recipe and unless they put on the packaging new recipe people who bought it for their allergy wouldn't think twice about checking every time much less a kid.
Yeah that's something regular for them
well you can't really blame the company
@@ReignOFGuian actually you can. It's the companies responsibility BY LAW to provide a list of ingredients due to allergy concerns. So a very strong case can be made that it's also their responsibility if they change the ingredients in said formula due to allergies especially if they start using a common allergen.
@@gregorygejoff1628 they did provide the ingredients, it is said in the video that after the kid ate it he THEN look at the labels and saw eggs on it
So if you like to try to sue them, then the guarantee of winning is not 100%
@@ReignOFGuian I never said they didn't. I said that they needed to put a warning about the change of ingredients like how we have so many warnings in bold print on boxes now because people can't resist doing stupid crap. They don't put it on there for fun they put it there to avoid law suits. And if such a case can be made for misusing things like tidepods needing to say don't ingest such a case can also be made for lack of warning to customers about the change in ingredients and thus they could bare some responsibility as well.
Breaks my heart because our bodies can change in an instant, i had a whole fandango happen at work were i was accused of something i didnt do and almost fired for it until i was cleared the managers apoligized and gave me a decent raise but at the same time since ive started having bad panic attacks brought on by eating.
So it just goes to show be mindful of others theres 7billion people on the planet who are unique in there own way with there own challenges.
I have questions...... So why were you going to be FIRED without the reason why you were off from work? HONESTLY! It pisses me off that companies would PANIC over their company dropping over ONE person even though they can always hire someone else.ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR.😢
Hope you get better 😊

I dont have allergies myself, but whenever I go out with friends and they mention their own allergies, I always either ask the restaurant staff if their foods have this or that allergenes, or if the food we're buying has any allergenes.
Allergies are no joke and should never be taken lightly. It is a serious condition that affects your autoimmune system, which is by making it have an overreaction towards the allergenes which the body recognizes as unknown matter; as a threat.
The symptoms can get serious enough to be *fatal* if a person with allergies comes in contact with the allergene, and is not given immediate medical attention.
theyre actually caller epi-pens.
also, always check ingredients, and check allergy advice, as sometimes it will say "for allergens, see ingredients in bold, may also contain traces of ______", so even if you have a small allergy you should always check that too.
obviosly most people with allergies will already know this, but if anyone has questions incase youre not sure about something, you can ask me.
(its better to ask a professional, but if its something small i can answer)
note: my example of ingredients is for the UK, other countries may vary.
🤝
For me my allergy is light so the may contain does not affect me thank god, but dont take my advice because if you have an allergy it might be different
@@mhmdLFC Allergies vary greatly from person to person, you're very lucky to not be affected by cross-contamination though!
@@Asher.the.dinosaur ye
The injections are actually really large “needles” called epipens! When having anaphylactic allergies, reactions can actually be very painful sometimes. Like pain in the abdomen.:) (person who has had anaphylactic allergies for her whole life)
I actually really enjoy this short, allergies aren’t really shown in media unlike other things.
This hit a bit too close to home for me, I have a severe Peanut allergy thought I thankfully havent needed to use my emergency injector as far back as I can remember, I would be absolutely terrified in that kids situation
Same, had mine since 2 (well that's when we found out, I was likely born with it) and it only got more severe from there.
Even closer to the video is my Egg allergy, however it is only to Raw Egg which isn't as bad but still hinders my love of cooking/baking, which can be extremely demoralizing...
The video is surely interesting 🎉
Glad you like it 😊
If you are allergic, look at the ingredients of the product
He always eats this ice cream but this time the company changed the recipe
You can't blame the kid. He always ate ice cream because it didn't have the what he was allergic to.
@@miguichaotic9855no, its because the ice cream never had eggs in it and know they do but the boy know he was alergic to eggs
@@CertifiedCabbageThe mom has always gotten him the ice cream. Its the same logic with the mom like with the kid.
@@CertifiedCabbageI think that if he ate the ice cream enough times,he may stop checking as he might keep thinking it wouldn't trigger his allergy. As such, when the company changed without notifying,he didn't check the ingredients
As someone who is deathly allergic to nuts, yes ALL nuts. NEVER trust that a recipe will not change, cause companies always are seeking to change how they make their products to make them cheaper for their profit margins. Even if you bought the same product for years STILL CHECK THE INGREDIENT LISTS.
I know everyone is saying “sue the company” but if you survive than the company don’t care I should know I almost die a lot bc of allergies and the most I’ve gotten is sorry
I guess we should be careful ourselves now
Read the labels better next time then
When he said that there was something strange with the ice cream I know you didn't think of "Oh must be new ingredients added on"
It is huge for people with allergies 😅
Dude. This is like, a common procedure for anyone with extremely bad food-based allergies. I have an egg allergy too, but not nearly like what the kid in the video does, as mine is mostly just if it hasn't gone through any chemical changes it would have. For example, I can eat things that are baked no problem, but mayo and fried rice are a no-go for me.
My uncle even has a seafood allergy that is bad enough that he reacts a bit sometimes just from walking near the seafood area, or enough that he'll reach if something he ate was fried in the same stuff something seafood had been fried in.
Spot the guy who clearly doesn't suffer from any food allergies.
@@legobrick1356Dude what I meant is the icecream had some other substance in it... some other bodily fluids if you catch my drift like icecream with a bit too much quote unquote _cream_

You can't be cured from an allergy you can take pills to make it less of an allergy @@K1ZomN14
It is, allergies can cause anaphylaxis, I would know, shell fish causes it for me, and my allergies change every year so I never know what will cause it.
To talk about the caption…
Well technically, Companies to notify about changes in the ingredients since it’s all put on the label; the caption should really say something more like “this is why you should always check labels even if it’s a routine item”…
I do have family that’s allergic to certain things and they’ve had to stop buying their favorite item because they read they added that which they can’t eat.
All about awareness, there isn’t a need for companies to make a big announcement of something that’s a small change, so always pay attention to the labels, it’s the reason they’re there
This anime was kind of like my life I was allergic to 20+ things and always had rashes from scratching myself at night. Thankfully I've grown out of it by taking a medication called dupixent (Not trying to advertise) and it helped me a lot and allowed me to have the things I was allergic to. Except peanuts and other nuts. I want to try peanut butter :(
Bro 🥹
Companies have no legal obligation to tell customers about ingredient changes in a product of theirs. They only have to list it on the ingredients list (especially if it is allergin). As someone with a major nut allergy I always double check even if I am familiar with the item because things change. My favorite ice cream started using peanuts in their mint chip and I had to find another. I can’t blame the company I just have to take precautions and read labels. My mom and cousin do the same thing with their allergies
That makes sense 🫡
Bruh
mother should of told him how to inject the epipen
Maybe he is still a kid
injecting EpiPen is actually very difficult because it is actually a needle that goes into your leg and you have to hold it there for several seconds for it to actually just stun the allergy I have had allergies my entire life too I can I am allergic to wheat eggs milk and peanuts and I never had to go through this kind of stuff but I can confirm this is how it works

I'm allergic to coconut and my favourite oats brand decided to change the ingredients and added a new ingredient which was coconut and had this 20 mins before my college started lol was an hour late had to go cuz i had an important exam . Brands should let the public know if they change the ingredients it is very dangerous
Yeah they should at least lable something like new ingredients
I've watched this movie multiple times (it was multiple short movies in one) and I can confirm that this recap is true and accurate
When you said "HOW EVER HE WAS OUT OF DANGER NOW " I freaked out
I'm not allergic (not to a lot of foods anyways and I can avoid them pretty well), but I have a severely limited diet due to sensory issues.
Every time a producer changes something about their product and labels it as "RENEWED AND IMPROVED" (aka cheaper to produce), I have to stop eating that product, because it fucks me up. Only recently happened to my favorite childhood snacks...
My youngest niece had this allergy. She's since grown out of it. But until that point, not only could she not eat eggs, but she also couldn't get certain vaccinations because they had egg in them and needed a waiver to go to school without them.
A more accurate description of this scene is after he calls his mom, she tells him to get his epipen and inject himself but the boy is too scared to do it himself so he runs downstairs to get the older lady to help him.
My family had to learn the hard way when I suddenly started developing deadly allergies into my 20s. One being to pork bones/gelatin from pork.
Now usually cookies never contain gelatin. However I was being cautious over EVERYTHING at that time when I took barely a crumb of one of my favorite cookies from a place that usually never uses gelatin ever.
Immediate reaction due to high concentration of gelatin. We check the packaging and yep there's gelatin claiming it's a tiny amount. I was fine because I immediately spat out the crumb but was stuck taking antihistamine for the next 24hrs.
You'd be surprised how many things have gelatin in them that honestly shouldn't have it.
(It's braums cookies if you are from the midwest. Read the packaging and you will see the gelatin in the ingredients.)
The way bro raised his voice for a second there
How terrifying.
I used to be allergic to garlic. Everytime as a teenager while onions never bothered me garlic though closes up my lungs to where I needed an inhaler but one day after years later I tried little caesars crazy bread just to risk the delicious taste, the garlic didn't bother me anymore. I got check with a doctor who told me my body gained an immunity to garlic so I can consume any meals garlic like a normal person again
Companies that do this should be held responsible for any occurrences like this
Japanese cartoons have been my favorite since childhood.
I may not have food allergies, but let me tell you how it makes my blood boil when it comes to those who either don’t believe allergies exist, or where they say something like, “Why do you baby your child? He/she needs to eat ______ so he/she can get over it.”
I’ve seen some animated stories like Revenge Films based on this topic, and even one episode from Etra-Chan Saw It.
Again, the fact that there are people out there who don’t believe in allergies, and would go as far as to sneak in that ingredient, without thinking about what’s gonna happen, makes my blood boil.
Most brands do this it usually says “ ALL NEW RECIPE”.
Smart man, if no one is around you grab your aid AND YOU FIND HELP
This is very relatable. Ive Fainted 2 times due to a allergic reaction caused by eggs.
I LOVE THIS MOVIE
Movie is Modest Heroes if anyone is wondering
My mother has a similar situation, but with something that's in MOST food products; Soy. Quite literally, my family must always read the labels for any food before using it to ensure that it's safe for her, and heck, EVEN DOCTORS refuse to acknowledge it. One thing my family has learned though: If the doctor is checking the manual book, might as well up and leave because SOMETHING is bound to go wrong!
I have a severe dairy allergy.
Half the crap I could eat in 2000-2010, I can no longer eat.
To this day, I have to regularly check the packages of anything I eat, because they will at a whim, decide to change the recipe, or start making dairy-products in the same factory.
The difference between me, and the kid in this video, is, I never and probably will never grow out of the allergy I have.
"and just as he approaches downstairs, he loses consciousness. HOWEVER, HE IS OUT OF DANGER NOW📢"
"soon be cured as his teeth are growing" thats not how it works. some people outgrow their allergies, but some don't and just have them their entire lives. teeth growing doesn't mean the allergy will go away.
One of saddest but interesting Japanese stories I’ve ever heard

this screams Studio Ghibli o.o
And upon investigation, I am partially correct!! They are in direct competition with one another now, and I think with Mr. Nishimura at the lead, they very well can become the next Ghibli. I love how the art style shows through, as well as the slice of life theme, many mixed with fantasy while some stay harshly realistic. LOVE IT.
"Netflix is increasing its animation output, striking a multi-film partnership with Japanese animation house Studio Ponoc. Under the deal, the tech giant will become the exclusive streaming home of upcoming films from Ponoc, which was founded in 2015 by former Studio Ghibli producer Yoshiaki Nishimura."
I’m lactose intolerant. Most people are, but apparently in some lactose free milk, there is a chemical in it and I’m sorry for butchering the name but i think it’s called garraceenan. This chemical is put into lactose free milk i guess as like a flavoring or something, either way it causes the same effects as lactose in some people. Worst part about this is no manufacturer puts the label saying that that product has that in it. Ive had to search tirelessly trying to find something that wouldn’t upset my stomach on the interwebs.
You should check the ingredients every time before eating something otherwise they should inform us before changes
You literally take your kid to a specialist to figure out allergies if the mother knew that SHE should be checking his FOOD NOT HIM.
