Thankfully I was able to log in via a browser go to my security and account tab and retrieve my data back up codes. Went around that whole process. My phones were next to each other (upgrade) and it just wasn't responding. Always put your emergency back up codes somewhere.

I have submitted my ID, and then i received they will sent reply email within 48 hours. But after submitting my ID, I didn't receive any confirmation email from facebook that I have submitted my ID....

My issue is it says “check your notifications on another device” when I tried logging in on the app and safari and google chrome browser. It doesn’t make any sense when I’m using the primary phone. Idk what to do. But I did submit them my drivers license. Hopefully that’ll work

i have done all the steps as shown in the video but when i try to log in to my facebook it is showing "enable two factor authentication" then when i try to click on the enable it says "yo can't make this change at the moment this is because we noticed you are using a device you don't usually us....we'll allow you to make this change after you've used this device for a while". The only option there is to log out. Can you help me figure this out pleaseeee

I followed your steps and got to the load picture ID.
It.wanted me to take a picture from my phone...which always came out blurry and hard to read. It wouldn't let me just upload a picture of the ID
I kept trying and Facebook sends email saying the ID is unreadable!
Now I'm locked out.
Unfortunately submitting an ID is the only way to prove your identity
It makes me do this even when I’m using my primary phone. I have to unlock it with my iPad coz my fb is there too
