I do not agree with the advice. 2 years without telling you, after messing around. That is continuous betrayal, FOR 2 YEARS. I think it times you find a new man/husband. I am all for forgiveness but he kept it a secret for too long. If there was no baby created he would've kept cheating.
They were giving her all the wrong advice and you can tell by how they were joking about them.

And he pulled her to the side and said he didn't know how it happened. Me and that man will be swapping blows in the streets before I ever met his lover. Her maturity is amazing though but I feel something like low self-esteem or helplessness in her voice
That is the wrong advice to give. The idea of family is to stick together. If you create a family dynamic that makes family easily torn apart, YOUR children will follow and they will teach their children. You loose the heart of Family by leaving your significant other. Its also too easy to leave something broken, it takes a strong person to stick with it and fix it brick by brick

I strongly desire to have a relationship with someone that I can be open and honest about everything with. 100% putting all cards on the table without being defensive or judgmental. I know that some conversations are going to be hard, but that's life. When two people can have that type of communication, their bond is beyond solid.
