I immediately thought of the time Meyors Leonard saying a Anti Semitic slur on a live stream after dying on COD.
That one can not be defended because a lot of us like myself included had to look up the word he said to even knew what he meant. So, the fact that he said it so naturally instead of some normal appropriate bad word was shocking.

A third explanation of the Freudian slip (while speaking) is the over-fixation of accidentally saying a word/phrase. When an individual realizes that something they are going to say can potentially be misheard (especially as something offensive) they tend to continuously think about what not to say, to annunciate the word, etc but when the moment comes both words are in their mind and the slip can either be outright saying the wrong word they were dreading saying, or can be an amalgamation of the two words such as Knicks & Lakers as Nakers or Nickers - and no, I'm not defending that reporter, just an easy example since it was included in the vid and the second one can sure sound like that offensive word. This doesn't mean that an individual is subconsciously racist or a closet racist, sometimes there are genuine slips of the tongue and often misheard since we we're expecting to hear something and then don't hear that exact word/phrase.
The typing ones...whooo those ones are pretty defenseless, especially since autocorrect is definitely not correcting to that.
