I too have had good success with the super chips. However limited success when try to program in the universal remote to Toyotas in particular. Some take some don't.. I always verify the fcc id numbers too!

The problem is the chip is roungh Corolla chip from 2014 is 8a chip. Like that situation the immo is reset he didn’t need to reset it again cause the security light is out just insert correct keychip and turn the ignition to the on position then wait for 5sec and remove,do it (2ice) then remove the key. Now circle it for 5 to 6 times the key we be done.

Another great video! So do you think the original key's chip went bad? What kind of key was the original and what did you replace it with? I'm asking because I've done several Toyotas and Lexus using Xhorse remote head keys (like the one in this video) and Xhorse universal flip keys with Xhorse superchips. I've also used aftermarket remote head keys with these vehicles and all have worked well. I'm hoping the keys I've been using with the superchips last a long, long time. Let us know your thoughts on these Xhorse chips (if you have any).

Unfortunately I couldn't disassemble the original(aftermarket) defective key because I didn't have permission from the owner, I did however put it in my reader and it always read successfully as an 8A chip! That goes to show that successfully reading a chip doesn't mean that it's not damaged! I haven't had a failure of a superchip yet, if I do get one I will definitely make a video on it! Thanks for watching!
