Sorry, I m not hearing what others are hearing. All her peformances sound the same and she’s off pitch often.

She is not off. It is just that your ear is not used to listening to the singing tradition she comes from. Check out how what she sounds like in " Ay pena, penita, pena" and then listen to "Mira que eres linda" where she sings together with Maria José Llergo, and you will hear the differences in style

Kate, I am with you on this one. Not hearing this perfect pitch... she is talented but not the best I've ever heard!
