That's the point. You have to use your Pokédex to track them across the reigon and find them 10 times without flying to them. Then they will appear in the cave

Man, when I was younger I was hyped thinking about Pokémon z. They gave zygarde the Kyurem and Giratina treatment where you don’t know much about it at first, but the next game plot would pretty much be revolved around it. It’s a bummer too knowing Pokémon z was actually so close to happening
Well, Kyurem technically did get its "Pokemon grey" outing in B2&W2.

You (probably) don't know how it feels. It's like, first a bit of mystery, then surprise, then courage, then adrenaline... It's too hard to explain. Shame I didn't know much about CZcams or the Internet in general, or I would have way more legendaries besides Mewtwo and Yveltal.

What I loved was that we had such beautiful places to visit plus the story and music was so amazing for me but where the game falls short is too way few legendaries to catch and the post-game really had nothing else to offer heck especially the mythical pokemon being wasted opportunities overall this is a great vid Mix!👍

I agree. These were my first games so I get a lot of nostalgia from them, and I definitely think they are under appreciated. While it did lack in legendaries, they did work in they way they did them was just fine to me.

Agreed. This game is one of my all time favorites and my first pokemon game but it fails in replayablility and a lack of strong elite 4/champion. Like seriously. After my first time with the elite i can drop them with barely a scratch. It can’t compare oras elite
I mean there were the looker chapters which were awesome. And there were a decent amount of legendaries to catch, at least compared to Sword and Shield which were a fucking disappointment since there were only like two and both were acquired through story progression.

i remember playing X at like 7am, I didnt even know what legendaries were in the game and I just went in Unkown Dungeon and freaked out when I found MewTwo, called my friend who didnt know either, and I caught him on 2nd ultra ball...

Friendly reminder that mewtwo’s just hanging out in some random cave for who knows why and how.
Average Guy well it does make sence since the cave is close to the pokemon sanctuary where abused pokemon who are to strong run to.
No he is to strong for his own good he wants no want to take advantage of that so he hides

And for anyone wondering, no, having a Wobbuffet in the lead does not let you catch your legendary bird sooner. They will flee even if you've sent out something with Shadow Tag.
Because he's much slower than them
I regret not knowing this sooner, because I had to drag my *level 30* Wobbuffet through all of Kalos only to be bamboozled
you can use quick balls or a pokemon who knows the move meanlook

@@Gigadriller Arena Trap wouldn't work even if the birds could be trapped- Flying-types are immune to Arena Trap.
The technicolored arena and the whole majestic vibe surrounding Xerneas when you approach it to fight is so amazing - you can’t help but be in awe of it when you approach it to battle, intimidating but so incredibly captivating all at the same time.

blu spider the problem is that they might want to save their master ball for the other 4 legendaries and even resetting it can be a problem when all your Pokémon are op and one shot it

Zygarde’s overworld model looks so freaking weird.
Real talk though, I was terrified of it when I first found it in Terminus cave. I had no idea it existed.
Chanceral when i first found it, i thought zygarde was just a huge head.

I was terrified when i randomly discovered giratina back in diamond. I had no idea ge existed, the cave was already creepy, and he was so massive, and also looked creepy
When I first saw it, I was wondering if it was either a pokemon, or some weird machine. But as I saw it move and roar as I interacted with it, I freaked out!
I remember having so much fun with these games, I haven't touched them since I caught all the legendaries back in 2013/2014. maybe its time for me to come back to kalos
I remember watching my brother play this game when I was younger. It was the first Pokémon game either of us had played. He was exploring the world and found Mewtwo. Since we had never played these games before he didn't save and he failed it. A few hours later our little brother found the 3ds while we were eating dinner. He ended up taking out the cartridge before we had saved. We were upset at first but then realized that it gave us another chance to catch Mewtwo.
Sun and moon are great in my opinion but this feels much more like a Pokémon game

Dec 05 2019. Had to play again coz I missed Kalos big time. This game has a special place in my heart. I cannot get bored with every Pokemon Game. From gbc to gba then nds to 3ds to switch (oops dont jave swithc yet xD) time to time I am still playing HGSS BW/BW2, XY, USUM.
Same, xy was the first pokemon game i played back in 2014 or 15. I started liking pokemon after in 2012 i got a pignite plush and now i try to get the new games.

I think something great about the Xerneas/Yveltal fight is that even if you kill them, you have to restart the fight and catch it no matter your intention.

Koral Davis They are cuz both Kalos and Galar are based of France and the UK respectively.Which are countries in Europe and they're close to each other.

I had no idea that’s how you caught the legendary birds. I only ever got to battle Zapdos once, and by the time I did, my Pokémon were unfortunately strong enough to basically 1-hit KO him. Extremely upset after that happened cause I thought I lost him forever.
Didn’t realize that the legendary bird depended on your starter, either. But regardless, MAN those birds were annoying to find. I couldn’t even use fly to get over to where they would be cause they would move every time I would do so, and going on foot was very very time-consuming and could end up with them moving anyways
Damn, I had a 3ds and Pokémon x but I lost them both years ago and I’m kinda getting into Pokémon right now. I never got to finish the game since I was only 11 and didn’t pay attention to the story. It’s driving me crazy and I don’t wanna buy a new 3ds just to play some Pokémon game. But I still wanna play and complete that game.
Oh... I thought there were more XD. I’ve already got Zygarde and Yveltal, I was going to get one of the birds (I’m told they depend on what starter you choose), but I sort of gave up on it. Oh and I got Mewtwo

Kalos reminds me of Unova, but the settings are 3d. despite not having had a chance to play on the 3ds, i had a lot of fun with omega ruby

We better have the opportunity to visit Kalos in Pokémon Sword and Shield in the post game. They managed to fit 2 regions in G/S/HG/SS. The newest games are on the SWITCH so it’s capable of doing so.

I found zygarde while casually hunting noibat. Caught the legendary, but the noibat still eludes me....

And to think I just caught Zygarde it took a lot of Ultra Ball to catch it. I did try the Premier Balls once it was weak but it kept coming out so I just kept going it’s other ones. Now that is one hard Pokémon to catch.
