Peel the garlic and cut it as finely as you can for maximum flavor. Do the same for your tarragon and your basil and throw them all in. At this point, all that’s left is some seasoning, which is gonna depend heavily on your personal tastes. If you (like me) don’t have too much experience cooking, coming up with your own seasoning combo can seem daunting, but it’s actually not that hard! Generally, as a rule of thumb, stuff smells the way it tastes, so if the smell of the spice and the smell of the soup go well together, they’ll probably taste good. For anybody wondering, those long, thin mushroom things are probably Enoki Mushrooms! They're a common ingredient for many Japanese dishes, but you'll mostly find them in Japanese soup and noodles.
For those who don't know, a tomato is both a fruit and a vegetable. Fruit is the scientific name for a specific part of a plant. Vegetable is a culinary term for a part of a plant you eat or cook with. Ergo, every edible fruit is also a vegetable. 😊
