Yesterday(22/11/2019),we performed this at our school's Annual Day,I am a Bengali but I really love their culture, food,dress,festival,the people of Karnataka are so good and accepting of other language people...and this is the beauty of India I guess...love to all Indians....

Another one I would like to hear from the "vande guru paramparam" is Purandaradasa's composition "Nimma bhagya doddado, namma bhagya doddado".
The story goes that Krishnadevaraya the emperor used to take loans from the Navakoti Narayana Krishnappa Nayaka who later gave up everything to become Purandara dasa. When he meets the king, emperor chides the saint saying you have become a mendicant, but I am still the king. Tell me who is great now. This song is a reply to the emperor which is so beautiful, ending with "nimma bhagya Lakshmi devi, namma bhagya Narayana".. It is so befitting and touching.. Worth sharing with humanity - I am sure Kuldeep Pai will find this inspiring as well. It was once sung by Nagaraj Havaldar that had such an electrifying effect on audience.
