Ohh, that’s tough. It’s an amazing camera, but not easy to use and has many, many quirks. My gut says probably not.. but if you’re willing to deal with the issues and learn DaVinci resolve then it could be a good one to drop you in the deep end with.
Beautiful work!
wow this paired really well! really engaging shots particularly under the bridges
Yeah, the song was perfect! Thank ya, thank ya
very cinematic and inspiring.
Amazing camera work! Great job!
Thanks!
Yeah you earned a new sub with this one! Makes me miss Chicago.
Great city! Glad you liked the film.
Another good one
Thank you!
Hi, salam from Indonesia , nice video
Thank very much!
Did you use the sigma mc21 to adapt the lens to the fp? Good stuff, looks awesome man.
Thanks! I actually used the Viltrox version of the adapter. Works great.
Great shots! Did you need an adaptor for that lens?
Yup, used a viltrox electronic adapter.
This video is amazing. Did you do any color grading?
Hey, thank you! Yup, graded it in DaVinci resolve.
@@David_Muessig how different did it look before color grading?
@@HeyElvisG Nothing too crazy. Just regular looking rec.709 files then worked with them in a log color space to push in a look I wanted.
@@David_Muessig do you recommend this camera to someone who has never used a camera, like myself?
Ohh, that’s tough. It’s an amazing camera, but not easy to use and has many, many quirks. My gut says probably not.. but if you’re willing to deal with the issues and learn DaVinci resolve then it could be a good one to drop you in the deep end with.
Did you use Dehancer for the grain or just DaVinci itself?
DeHancer for grain!
Does the autofocus work with the combo?
It might, but I never use it. The sigma AF in video isn’t anything special.
handheld??
Yup, all handheld!
@@David_Muessigstabilized in post or direct output?
@@aluhut449 I might have a used a little stabilization in post for a few shots, but the lens does a great job on its own with its I.S.
