    Great idea I would add a hose clamp on the pry bar to keep a good angle with the rope while pulling.

    Can you do a install video? Or explain how you re install them

    • @hesty32
      @hesty32  Před 5 lety +1

      the new ones will slide most of the way in. You can put a little oil on them to help. Then when you bolt the holding bock down it snugs it into place. Its just the old ones with carbon build up on them makes it hard to get out. clean ones you can push in and pull out by hand

    Do you replace the gaskets when putting them back in?

    • @hesty32
      @hesty32  Před 4 lety +2

      new injectors should come with new copper crush washers (near the tip) and new O rings at the base of the body. If you are reinstalling the same injectors, i would recommend new crush washers and inspect the O rings. if they have any nicks or deformities, replace them. I have gotten away with reusing crush washers but it is not recommended or preferred. Other than that, Im not sure what gasket you are referring to.

    When you replace the injector does get air in the sistem ,because my dosen't want to start now?

    • @hesty32
      @hesty32  Před 5 lety +1

      mladic86 yes that does happen on the BEW but not near the issue that it is on the ALH. Usually the fuel pump will purge it. Might stumble and a little white smoke but should smooth out after a minute. If it doesn’t start, double check that you plugged everything back in. Also check that your fuel pump is running. You can detach the out going fuel line at the fuel pump and cycle the key. You should get 10-30 seconds of fuel pumping out every key cycle. If not, troubleshoot your intank fuel pump
