Yesterday, my friends and I planned to eat out and for some reason, out of all the foods we could think of, we immediately thought of Samgyeopsal. So, we went to a Korean restaurant and surely, we had a great time. Pero medyo hassle lang kasi haba ng pila sa sobrang dami ng tao. Nevertheless, nag-enjoy kami ng sobra! I began to wonder though, bakit nga ba sobrang sikat ng Samgyeopsal and why do Filipinos love it so much?
Well, eating samgy is truly a one-of-a-kind food experience that you can enjoy. Filipinos love it because of the "unlimited" offerings, the delicious side dishes, or the joy of cooking and eating together. Though some say it's pricey or unhealthy, it's a unique treat worth enjoying every once in a while. If you get the chance to eat Samgy, don't feel guilty-enjoy it, you deserve it!
