That attention to detail is priceless. You're so lucky to have Paul and Bethany. We all need a Paul and Bethany.
so beautiful🎉
That's funny! I always say, "I need a 'Paul and Bethany'".
You are very fortunate to have someone like Paul believe me there are very few people that have that much care for someone else’s property people like him are very rare
He's smart, not creating extra work for himself!
Also able too afford too pay that person
Paul is such an asset to them!!! They are blessed to have him.
He gets paid
I'm sure he gets paid very well.. if we all had that we would all be "fortunate" to have someone like paul
I really respect how you respect Paul and Bethany's level of comfort being on camera. We still get a sneak peak at their project, but so respectfully filmed.
I’m loving the Saturday videos. I know it’s because so much is happening right now, and you have lots to film. So I’m not taking it for granted, but I’ll enjoy it while it lasts! Everything is looking so nice and will just keep getting better! 💚💚💚
ME TOO 💕💕💕
You hit the jackpot with Paul and Bethany 💚💚
Just a quick note to Paul to be sure everyone notices his attention to detail. It shows on every task we are privileged to follow. Amazing job Sir!
A person who takes PRIDE & ENJOYS their job….IT IS NOT WORK for them but a PASSION!
But mostly a good paycheck for a job well done
Yes, especially when it’s your own home that reaps the benefits of your job. 😊
The man and his lawn. He’s in his happy place
Good morning! No problem hearing you throughout the video. You guys are moving right along getting more plants in. Thanks for another Saturday video.
everyone should have a Paul.. such a creative mind and his attention to detail is amazing.
🌷To Laura and Aaron, Paul and Bethany, and your families, and friends watching-you all just keep demonstrating that “people who garden are the nicest people in the world”. Have a blessed Easter. 🌸🐇💗
I love that they have a Saturday video out, then the Q&A video on Sunday😊.
I watch your videos daily, rarely comment, but I just want to say thank you for bringing us along on your journey!! Just watching your land be transformed into such beauty is so inspiring and peaceful that myself and your viewers are blessed! Your videos make me want to get out and beautify what I have been given. Thank you for your generosity in sharing! Have a blessed Easter!
Shout out to Paul and his hard work and you guys are amazing people. To All my garden friends have a great Easter. ❤❤
Happy Easter to you and your family.
Ditto !!!
That was an orange belted bumblebee or Bombus ternarius. Beautiful. Thank you for always pointing out the creatures you see in the garden!
It's so exciting when there's a Saturday video! I wake up to you every morning and it starts my day off in a very nice way.
Good morning you caught it Laura great shot that bumblebee was beautiful the color! I like when I see things like that totally unexpected and sometimes a once in a lifetime experience.your garden is waking up so nicely ❤take care momma Laura.
I think the capturing up the bumble was a video editing trick! So well done!
That was some good editing for the bumble bee centered zoom in
OMG LOVED the musical interlude with Aaron on his mower. 😂❤
My job as a kid was to rake up all the plugs after Dad finished aerating the lawn. I also got to hand pull the quack grass.
Good morning all have a safe and blessed day ❤️
Yes, I could hear all that you said. It was enjoyable seeing what you, Aaron and Paul accomplished. The cement weight that Paul created is amazing. I am looking forward to watching all the garden projects!
Good hard-working people who excel at their jobs surrounded by good hard-working people who excel at their job!...the way to make the world go round💚💚💚
And a good example of how to live your life guided by upstanding morals and faith
Aerating & thatching 2 satisfying grass chores that make a big difference
It makes me so happy to see Laura with a gator full of fresh plants and color first thing in the morning 🌸🌷🪻🌿🌸🌷🪻🌿🩷🩵
Love seeing Saturday morning videos with my coffee.
I got a screenshot of the bumblebee. Beautiful!
It’s called the Orange Belted Bumblebee or Tricolored Bumblebee (Bombus Ternarius)
There is no better autumn yellow than that of a ginkgo. It will look amazing there. I have a 40 year old ginko tree, that is the star of autumn colour on our road. We get people stop in to ask or see them taking pictures of it. I love ginkgos.
They smell, though! Or at least some of them do.
@Terry-lh8cn those are females. Nurseries do not sell females anymore. Mine's a male. The female ginkgo produce a fruit, that smells really bad. Thankfully, they have done away with selling females for a long time now.
It’s always a great day when Garden Answer has a Saturday video!
I can’t wait for the first tour of the season!
Seeing the daffodils blooming makes me so happy!!
Paul and Bethany do everything as onto the Lord! It looks amazing! I can't wait to see mass planting! Blessings 🙏🏻💞
Thank you Laura, Aaron and Paul. 🪻💚🙃
Spring cleaning behind the greenhouse means spring planting!!! So pretty!!!
Thank you for another Saturday video.
You captured the Bumble Bee just right. I've never seen one with orange before now.
Thanks for showing how deep you aerate the grass, love the placement of the plants and the mulching makes a difference.!
I love Sprinng when you can get back outside in the garden.
I love the placement of the bench in the west side garden. 👍
I didn't read all the comments so this might be a repeat. I think the bumblebee is a Rusty Patched Bumblebee. I believe they are not as common as regular bumblebees. We had sightings of them in our area a few years ago. Hope they will populate well in your area.
Thanks for the info! I hope Laura mentions this fact on her Q&A video!
It looked more like a tri-color bumblebee to me, though I don’t think they are usually found as far west as Idaho/Oregon.
@@GardenKath I think you're probably correct. Either way, it's great to see different varieties in the garden.
You're sooo lucky to be blessed with Paul...❤
Paul’s humbleness and quality of work is something rarely seen … Bethany is such a hard worker… you are truly blessed to have them 🙏
Paul is excellent and is very careful around the plants. Clever, too...in coming up with ideas to make the jobs better and easier. They're lucky to have him and Bethany.
Bonus video! What a treat!
Happy Easter 🐇🥕💐 Laura and Family and Friends ~
Hi, long time viewer, over my wife’s shoulder, first time commenting. Really enjoy Sunday mornings sitting with my wife while she tunes in to your weekly recap. And all your content has been a great reference for us. I don’t think a week goes by that you aren’t referenced either while planning and or working our gardens
I’m loving Garden Answer. My son watched y’all as well and we think Laura could host a talk show. Been watching close when your precious children are in scenes to see if they have Laura’s eye color. I think Ben and Samantha have beautiful blue eyes. I laugh at Samantha when I see her playing in the sand box. She is a little Laura.
I know this off topic but laura have you ever considered playing a peace on your piano and using it for background music in your videos , I mean you play beautifully..
Can't wait to see everything bloom its gonna be beautiful
Another satisfying day of projects. Getting projects accomplished is my happy place! Love the compost for mulch!
Thank you for bringing Saturday videos back ❤
Great video! I heard you perfectly. I love how you explain the fall/winter look of the plants also!❤❤❤
Everyone is busy beautifying the flower beds and lawns. Paul is so meticulous in his work it must make you very happy. He is definitely a keeper.
Have Blessed Easter everyone!
When I was 12, I went to Canada to visit my aunt and uncle they had just aerated the yard. I asked why all the ducks pooped on their yard. My uncle thought that was hysterical.
Bahahahahahaha! I thought it was goose poo when I saw it!
Your Paul is totally amazing! God Bless him❣
Aaron you add sooo much to this great channel. I am so glad you got over the initial decision to avoid the camera. (years ago)
I can see the renaissance birch with the understory of the Invincible sublime hydrangea - it will be stunning!
💕 love it perfect ❣️ location and placing plants and trees God's blessings and happy Easter 🐰🐰
It would be great if Garden Answer would be a leader in reducing turf acreage. We live in a new world where water is scarce and the inputs for turf are great. Yes, turf is convenient for kind to play in but they really don't need so much.
Love love love the spring videos!💚💚💚💚
That bee is a Bombus terrarius. Or a tri color bee. Paul is the best in Oregon. I have a Chuck here in DE. 😊
Hey Laura and Erin and family, Happy Easter 🐇. Hoselink is the best ! Would never wind up a hose ever again. As you know we never have enough of them. Thank you Hose Link. I could use another one ❤🌴
The most amazing shot of the bumble bee! Great photography! Surely spring can't be far off.
Paul is a genius
What a wonderful helper you have. Paul’s attention to detail is amazing. I think my husband could learn a lot from him! Laura, your gardens are shaping up so nicely. Everything looks beautiful and this is just the beginning, in a year or two it will be absolutely magical. ❤
Thank goodness for Paul and Bethany, what would you do without them. Happy Easter to all of you
I look forward to watching Garden Answer every morning while drinking coffee on my porch during the warm months. My question, where did you get the Everton Broom Ginkgo. I have never heard of it before and a quick google search didn't prove too helpful. Ginkgo trees have been a thing in our family started with my mother in law who passed in December. I'd love to buy my girls each one because of its small size in memory of her. I love watching your show and even though I've been gardening for 50 years you keep inspiring me and I've learned so much. Thank you.
Iseli Nursery sent her a beautiful load of trees. They have a Facebook page.
Good Afternoon
Garden building and activities , nice sharing step by step guide.
Beautiful landscape design
Awesome..
Thank you for sharing
Happy Easter to all ❤️
I’ve been in awe of your beautiful lawns
I wanted to let you and Aaron know that his information on lawn aeration is very helpful to me. Our yard is slightly sloped and it seems the rain always run down to collect in one corner. We have never had the yard aerated and we have red clay. I'm sure it is compacted and I'm certain the rainwater runs right along the top. We are now planning to have it aerated and hoping that helps with at least some of the runoff. Thank you, Aaron! I wish my grass looked half as beautiful as yours. :)
Y'all have a great Easter!✝️ Hat's off to Paul and Bethany, they do such a wonderful job! Everyone wishes that we all had a "Paul & Bethany" duo at our gardens . LOOKING forward to seeing the kids dressed up in their Easter Outfits! 😉( Please !)🥺 Lol 😂 From Georgia with love ❤️
everything looks so pretty! Aaron the grass lis looking amazing! paul has learned from your lead on how important “ attention to details “ really is!!!
to all of you and your families, mom, sister brother dad all friends at andrews, paul bethany benjamin samantha
even cheddar, russell douglas and the fish in the pond -- Happy Easter to you all!!!
The clouds in the background look beautiful.
Wishing you and your families a most joyous Easter. For us in Melbourne, Australia it’s the start of autumn.
Thank you for the Saturday video. I can’t wait to see the garden tour! The daffodils looked amazing.
Awesome footage of the bumble bee 🐝
Looking beautiful! It’s crazy how far ahead of us you are in the season now! I feel like when I started watching your channel you guys were only slightly ahead of our weather here in VT. We just had our crocus bloom. Still snow on the ground. I’m jealous of your weather!
That was the perfect picture of the bumble bee!!!
Dang! I want a Paul! Back in the day, long, long ago my husband would Velcro aerater shoes to his and walk all over the grass! Talk about getting your steps in! Young and dumb and no money but determination!
So beautiful sky blue flower 😍💙🌿
Layers and progression of color! What we strive for the 4 season garden💕
I can't wait to see everything in bloom. ❤❤
Oh my, I just watched an episode of Gardeners' World with Monty Don and he was talking about how to plant a tree. He mentioned planting high and create a cone with the soil. 👍👍👏 good job Aaron. Monty approves!
Each time I watch. I get so anxious to get out there! Today I plan on morE clean up! 🎉😊
If everyone is like me and watch multiple Garden Shows, today Jenny and Jerry in Dallas,North Carolina at “Gardeningwithcreekside “, planted hundreds of annuals for Alyssa that works at their Nursery and is getting married and asked if she could get married at their Signature Garden and is having her reception in their backyard! They both love her like an extra daughter ❤
Happy Easter GA!
That bumble bee looked like the Rusty Patched bumble bee, a native bee that is listed as an endangered species. I've been planting natives in the hopes of increasing their habitat and actually seeing one!!
The attention to detail is amazing I really appreciate that and the final of spreading mulch or compost blend is the icing. Your audio was great.
Ahh you're getting me so excited for spring! The music was a bit intense at times today, but maybe that was just me haha.
Great idea Aaron! Adding to my honey do list. Paul is great !
Yah planting videos!! Would you consider doing a video highlighting your flowering bulbs and trees this spring?
I was so happy when I saw a Saturday video !
That concrete weight is genius. I am making one next weekend because I bounce around on my lawn tractor when the aerator attachement is on. Thanks for the idea.
Spring has come! Love the energy and excitement. 😊I've been seeing a lot about Oregon laws affecting small farmers and gardeners. Does this affect you guys ?
I really struggle to understand how or why states wind up saying hey, you aren't allowed to have or do anything with water even if you pay for it.
@@GoingGreenMom Because they're tyrants and want to be able to tax and control you more than they already do.
Love the Saturday videos. Thanks Laura!
Good morning from Delaware Garden Answer friends.
Seeing all of the beautiful white in that area reminds me of when you tried doing a moon garden. Maybe one day when your trees are nice and mature and shady, you'll be able to find a nice "room" or tucked away shady spot to try a moon garden again.
The clouds behind Arron are beautiful.
Thank you Aaron for explanation of aeration!
Such a beautiful landscape you are creating! thanks for sharing. Paul and Bethany are outstanding employees!! Happy Easter!❤
Your husband is so nice your garden is nice good job laura😊
