What changes did you like the most?
I liked the steps back to see the players as they interacted. It helps the game feel more real. The interaction between players and reactions to threats played just makes the viewing more enjoyable in my opinion

Loved the video! Just a thought, I believe Jeff used Zirda incorrectly. Zirda does not discount mana abilities. "Abilities you activate that aren't mana abilities cost 2 less to activate."
Good question! So Grim Monolith has two abilities the first one makes mana and the second one untaps the artifact. So because the second one is not connected to making the mana it works with Zirda reducing it just enough to make infinite mana. Or unbounded mana at least.

Is there any significance to casting the abrupt decay on the Rhystic trigger? Trying to learn the nuance of the game. Love the content. Keep up the great work TIA!
Depending upon when it’s cast will decide if he gets to draw from the other trigger or not. Not a big deal but sometimes they can draw into something that makes a difference.
I’m lost on the part where having the OG Duals and NOT using them is a cost issue? Was this a budget build challenge or am I missing something?? Honest question because Carlos was at 27 life making a comment about life and there is a Sliver Queen commander - Who is practically a 300$ Reserve List Legendary HOUSE of a card from the rip ?? Great game-idge and quad Pod interaction- keep it going! Any spicy Najeela or Urza builds amongst the pods to throw out there?
I have made a personal decision to only use proxies when I’m playing cedh and I had bought a Sliver Queen awhile back. We have some Urza and Najeela games in our backlog of videos!

There is no difference between entomb and and gamble, lmao, the amount of times I have seen the tutored card end up in the graveyard is unbelievable.

This is kinda cool, but I think I prefer the non-combo gameplay in mtg. Only been playing for about a month or so. Is this a popular opinion or am I just new?
Combo is typically used as a stop gap to make sure a game can end in a reasonable time. Most decks will not have combo as their focus but might have one or two combos in the deck to end things if they are doing really well. We play it all here at kingdoms!

You guys really need to pick up on damage dealt to yourself when you tap for mana. Bugger all on the board, second turn and two missed triggers. City of Brass and Carlos who picked up on Elf
No promises! Edh, for most people, is a messy process and we don’t try to miss any triggers but it happens.

I want a Sliver Queen so bad but..welp..its kinda out of my price range. I'm trying to build a Sliver deck and I'm getting some of the oldies and the goodies but..I fear Sliver Queen will forever be out of reach. I suppose the only way I'd "have" a Sliver Queen is if one of my changelings copies it... :P
Proxy it for now and then save up. That’s what I try and do for cards that are expensive. The best commander for slivers is sliver overlord anyways. That search ability is so good.
I got 1 graded but had to make payments. The proxy currently sits in for it in my sliver overlord deck.
You can def make due with the first sliver. He's like 10 bucks and way more explosive imho. Queen can make easy infinites but the first can make an intimidating board off 1 sliver being cast.
Yall need to stop sticking your fingers in the light sockets cause you're getting shocked waaaaayy too much.
