Springfield went 10-6 (4-3 GWOC) in 2023 and won its fifth consecutive regional title before falling to St. Edward in the Ohio Division I state championship game for a third straight year. Douglass has compiled a 83-40 in 10 season at Springfield and owns 184-94 overall record in 23 years as a head coach.
