In month 10 of tj here, little different but similar as well. I’m a college pitcher while it’s a long process and while it does seem very slow, once I got out of the sling it seemed like everything sped up, and I was throwing before I realized it. My advice is just to stay on top of pt everyday it gets boring at times but the end goal is what it’s all worth. Best of luck bro 🤘🏼
Hey Aiden! Love the content! I just started watching your videos and I am hooked! By chance, can you make a video about how the recruiting process works?
MITOLIFE red light therapy to help with the recovery could be huge! 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night, right in the elbow, everyday for a few months will be big.
Speedy recovery brother! I was wondering what you do after you throw plyos. Do you do J-bands, rebounders, shoulder tube or do you have a completely different routine?
Going through things you never thought you'd go through will only take you places you'd never you get to. Sawamura Eijun (Ace of the Diamond). Get well soon Aiden.
How are those ring and pinky fingers feeling? When I got TJ they did the same thing moving the nerve over my pinky and ring fingers were dead for 3 days lol
@@AidenMcIntyreBaseball hey can’t help it you need to do what’s best for your arm! We know that, just know your biggest fan is always cheering for you no matter if your there or not :)
I’m a college pitcher I had anterior transposition as well and it only took me a month or so to get back to throwing and lifting. I can’t do pull ups anymore along with deadlifts, it causes pretty bad irritation. I’d recommend rubbing different kids of materials on your elbow because I didn’t do that and now after a year I’ve lost feeling in my elbow and it’s numb lol other than that though it feels so much better
Y’all are awesome, thanks for the support 🙏🏼
Best of luck with the rehab!
Thank you!! Going well

Thank you, appreciate it!
You should do a video on what happened before. Symptoms? How it happened? How long have you had it?
為你加油!Keep going and good luck to you!
Thank you Chen!!

Thank you!!!
Been there. Rotator cuff surgery from 32 years of delivering mail. Had to sleep in the recliner for the first few days.
JP to Tik Tok!!
Make it happen
Can you do a video on how to get signed to affiliated ball when you’re 24 and didn’t go to college ?

Will you still be in Wichita with the team in April?
Glad to see your surgery went well and PT is going well!
I’m not sure my timeline or roster but I don’t believe so unfortunately. Gonna need time to heal up
