The horses that flipped out are cause the gaurds pulled down on the reins as they got off and the reins pinched the horses mouth you dont grab that to balance .

Must be ssid with it being an honorary position most! of the gentlemen in the company are shall we say retired from their ‘ jobs’. He will have been nervous, overwhelmed with his sense of duty, and probably hadn’t had a drink. From what I've seen, they are not locking their knees. One reason is they're not drinking enough water, become hydrated along with not eating.
We were taught to wiggle our toes inside our boots. Its caused by a lack of movement.
