Does anyone notice how the toilet is in the middle of the van, how does anyone poop in privacy in here? Not a fan of the open concept toilet lol
Forget about pooping, definitely don’t want to pee in front of your family either
Its IN the kitchen!! Under the kitchen sink! Never shit where you cook. NEVER. Crappy placement. No way. Not even to pee. So gross. Design FAIL.

Um- easy fix, 3 high bunk. The storage drawers underneath need to lose a few inches in height. Then each bunk closer together.
I really like the layout! Something like this would be perfect for me and my family.😊 What would something like this run me for a family of 3, two adults, one kid?

Do you build on Ford or Ram chassis? Have Sprinter... never again $$$$ IF SERVICE IS AVAILABLE!! Often no Sprinter tech at Mercedes dealership

What size are the bunks?
They’re about 5’2” x 2’2”. The top bunk is a bit more narrow since the van curves in near towards the top
I can't warm up to class Bs. They tend to be very expensive and the least amount of room. I'd be claustrophobic in that with three other people. For similar money, you can get a Class C with some slide outs, a real bathroom and a real refrigerator. Then people add dogs to these things...not for me!
Super fair!! One of the main things is that it’s easy to move around in, park, find places to sleep, etc. For example, trying to see your friends and family while on the road would be a bigger hassle with a Class C. But I completely see your POV!
@@futureroadsvanco.604 I agree they are easier to drive and be stealth with. Definitely too confining for me, even alone. But different strokes, for different folks!
Everyone keeps saying rv’s out there are made of crap, so building this would be custom and well worth it!
So you take a shower outside how do you do that unless you are out in the wilderness where no one can see you do you have a bucket that you stand in
You can always wear a swimsuit or go to a gym for a shower if you have a membership! No bucket necessary if you use biodegradable soap 🙂
Where is the shower and toilet?
The toilet is shown near the beginning of the video - it’s under the kitchen cabinet and it slides out. The shower is an outdoor shower off the back
Just can’t get into toilets that pull out into the main thoroughfare ..especially in the kitchen area … and everyone can see you … no thanks
The layout is nice and all but I'm concerned about the toilet.......its in such an odd place.....how can someone have privacy while doing their business?
Challenge: take a tequila shot every time she says “Right Here” and see if you can finish the video sober.

Having a family of four In a can requires that you have an indoor shower with a toilet. The builders should have known that. How on earth would they use that toilet with that crowd in the van??
Builders here 😊 Everyone has different priorities and with such a small amount of space, you can’t always have everything. This was a custom van build for the family and they specifically requested no shower/enclosed bathroom to save space for comfortable beds, an area for the kids to do schoolwork, a functional kitchen, etc. There are places to shower (like gyms) and use the restroom outside of your van
