@@hf3923 just hit 275 lbs today, the goal is double my body weight by the end of the summer, but that number keeps going up as I get heavier lol
@@caguama.charlie lol, I'm aiming to be able to bench and squat my weight by end of summer and maybe the double deadlift like you, I'm 37.5kg (83lbs) off the bench and 30kg (66lbs) off the squat. The deadlift I'm not sure what my current max is I think its 110kg (242lbs) still got 80kg (176lbs) to go on that lol
@Nick Urr nah I weigh 94kg which is about 207lbs. Though a large amount of that is in fat

Well, he just posted a vid of him lifting the Millennium dumbbell (oversized Thomas Inch). I wouldn't doubt he has the best grip. He's also a mammoth of a human, so not terribly surprising!
