It’s rude to continuously ask after when they’re clearly uncomfortable - just because you’re famous doesn’t mean that the public should have access to your personal life. Nearly every if not all period dramas are over whelmingly casted with white people, which inactual historical fact is untrue. British period dramas for example Pride & Prejudice there is only one sentence by Darcy that mentioned owning a plantation in Jamaica. Slavery was happening on his plantation which funded his lifestyle and the mansion that Darcy lived in not too mention the wealth he had and continued to amass. Although i've not seen this film yet, the clips i've seen have many bkack people in it and they are not playing a subservient role. This is probably a more acurrate depiction of the period than all the other period films we've seen before. All the other period films have erased and white washed that period deliberately. Thanks to the film makers for correcting that notion.Thank you, it will help the next generation of black children. It will inspire and be inclusive and inform truth.
