Bass can't get all the CDs in one playthrough by himself, so no he can't. In a regular playthrough without collecting the CDs, Bass can do it much quicker then Mega Man.
I meant Zelda was an RPG in that your "long & engaging" criteria fit it perfectly. In all respects it is an RPG excepts for stat-based character building.

I can understand now, why the administration of Capcop was getting fed up with Megaman, and much of what I heard / saw gave me insight into the company. It's getting old. Everything I watch, every game I play. It pisses me off but I'm glad I have it. I can sense when someone is dishonest. It's the veil, it's much deeper. I just wish I could get some respect for my condition as being a timewarped veil psychic.
no that's one of the reasons, GBA version not only had smaller resolution, but in my opinion they completly butchered the sound quality in that port and for me, Sound Quality matters

The graphics, audio and gameplay are on par with MM8, and on an older-generation system no less. Nice note for the SNES to end on.

MM8 sucks compared to Megaman and Bass on the SNES. It's a much shallower game.
I'm fairly sure this is exactly how the developers intended this game to be played.
Most of these can't be pulled off without superhuman timing or a controller that allows you to poress left and right at the same time.

Well, the tools really aren't even playing the game, because the tools are the savestates, rerecording tools, frame advance, slowdowns and those.
