What about a generator for the R27 maybe i missed it, does it have an option? The reason i ask is because you said 4 or so hrs for A/C on battery, what if you wanted A/C all the time?
If all else failed, you could get a Jackery solar generator. They make one that takes a 30-amp plug and can run a boat at night, including AC for about 10 hours. You'd just have to recharge it during the day, but could probably put flexible panels across the bimini.

Yes there is a generator on board that feeds from the main tank.
