Teaching the Bible as a woman to a group of other women comes with a unique set of challenges. Jen Wilkin, Nancy Guthrie, and Melissa Kruger share their experiences.
I don't like the content. Whether to have an electronic or written version of a sermon, what cloth to wear - these are trivial compared to lots of important things. I feel that the speakers talked a lot about how they feel and complained quite a lot which may not be appropriate for this type of public engagement. Overall I'm afraid the speakers sounded self-centred and discontent. I feel uncomfortable that they are implying that they represent women and I don't think what they said was a good representation.
1 Timothy 2:11-12 11 A woman[a] should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man;[b] she must be quiet!!
Thank you! I appreciate your sharing!!
“I can trust the Lord - He cares more about this going well than I do” - encouraging truth!

Alleluia

xyshen that’s actually their point. They are saying that some of these things are trivial.
Also, technique is important in any craft, and teaching the Word is no different.

Yep, Titus 2: the older women are to teach younger women.
