I just got back into bass fishing the last two years and began watching videos the last few months. I enjoy your content, such as different techniques and different lures. I live in the Lowcountry and since you’re from SC you know where I’m at. The area I’m at is mostly pond fishing but it’s pretty good. I plan on making a trip to Santee in the near future to see what I can catch there. Thanks for the videos, keep them coming and I think your son catches bigger fish than you do. LOL
So, Today is Wednesday 11/08/23. Brother, This is the kind of video a real fisherman or woman loves to see. Private or not; weather conditions and all other things involved can make either a small lake or huge water way fun. Now, I love the challenge so sometimes I roll in in a flat bottom boat, paddling my way around. With one or more occupants and fishing poles. Looking for the right spot and sometimes probably making 100 to 200 different cast and maybe only one to three bites. Like the way you said learn; couldn’t say it any better. Also, glad to see you’ve been up north here unless you named a lake that has the same name as one lobster in Michigan. Keep up the good work. I’ll be watching and getting some more ideas.
I have to ask !! What are your plans for 2024 with all the changes in MLF . A lot of prose have made videos about what their plans for next year I think that'd be a good video for us to hear what your plans are cuz you're pretty down to earth about your reasonings for doing things and taking the necessary steps to do that
I only fish out of a kayak so you should trust me on this it will make your fishing so much easier. Get the rod holders with the stirrophome and the latches and screw them into the top, kinda on the side of your boat. I put 2 on each side of me so I can have 5 rods at all time with me and they don't get tangled up or in your way while your fishing. I load my kayak down with stuff so I'm prepared for whatever they're biting on. Those holders are like $20 a set but you'll need 2 sets. I get compliments on my boat all time when it's rigged out.
I signed up to fishing chaos last month and somehow I was signed up for your spring tourney from last year..🤷♂️ no idea how that happened, good to see you in the yak tho, come yak fish orange lake with me!
Speaking of do nothing banks, some of my best fish have been caught on featureless muddy bottoms. Can someone explain to me why I catch so many fish on featureless do-nothing muddy bottoms?
Mane, I suck bass fishing. Not in my genes I guess. I'm all about catching what I can so I mostly brim, crappie and catfish. I'm definitely going to fish where the fish are no matter what the haters say😂
maybe sometime us Kayak fisherman can benefit on our channels. This is my job and now have to compete with these Elite pros for our subs, like views. My channel is just as good and I catch fish. pretty sad. I am not fishing out of a boat and tying to go after others platforms. I work hard for my equipment. I don't get all my stuff for free

When people like me who fish Kayaks full time can't get exposure because all the algorithms go to you guys.
