I own the Pro heat Essential and I love it! 😁😊I was confused as to why you didn't think it was a good machine. I notice the difference when I used it on the first spot on my carpet. My carpet was extremely dirty and after the first run of the machine over the dirty spot it was clean. At first I thought it was just white suds or foam but no... it was actually clean carpet. The carpet drys quickly too. I'm VERY happy with this machine! I really am. 😁
Uh not sure that was built to hold extra weight. To me for the price it did a good job. It's a Carpet that's walked on all day, it's never going to be totally clean even with expert cleaning. Water will be left in the Carpet no matter what. Not sure about this review. If your going to have Carpet the best approach is to maintain it on a regular basis to keep it as clean as possible.
I noticed you are pulling the cleaner and then lifting it forward to then pull and clean. Instructions say to slowly push forward with finger pressed down on the sprayer trigger button and slowly pull cleaner back while continuing to spray. Then repeat once more but no spraying. .That’s considered one pass. Then repeat the process. Slowness should be a painfully slow pace. I’m searching or a video in cleaning the brushes. If you know of one please recommend. Thanks.
I love that machine - I have one as well. You need to spray the solution and then suction while moving the machine forward and backward. I noticed you lifted the front of the machine while pushing it forward - that won't deep clean. Did you read the instructions? Read the instructions for use and THEN give a fair review.
I wish I had come across this video before I bought it. I thought the one I got had dual brushes but was going to keep it until I saw this video. Thanks so much.
I have this. Bought it 6 years ago and I agree. This is not a commercial carpet cleaner. This is for light cleaning on non high traffic areas. It’s also not a stain remover because you’re using regular carpet shampoo not stain remover.
Don't forget that it also has tools to use that would be best used for sucking up any water that may try to linger in ur carpet AND please note, the carpet this man is cleaning looks like it will take more if an effort to clean due to the density & the length of the fibers it looks like its made of so that'd, in my opinion, plays a key role in how well this carpet can be shampooed! Fyi, I LOVE MINE!
What is the difference in the red button and gray button I'm new at this do I use the gray button for the water to come out and the red button to dry the floor I'm not for sure exactly how it go when putting my foot on do I put my foot on their gray then when I'm coming back was putting on the red I'm
I just bought one of these. My issue with this unit is the oddball way they have the clean soapy water in the same container as the sucked up dirty water. In almost all other brands it is two separate tanks. They have a flimsy inner bladder (yeah, a plastic "bag" to hold the dirty water ), Since they incorporate both in one tank it holds less soapy clean water than other brands and you have to empty the dirty water sooner.

Great review I guess you just keep going over it until it’s dry ? It’s got a fan with heat
I agree too much money :(
I hope you don't bake/cook. you cannot measure liquid accurately by tilting it 😂😆

Thank you for the review. The instructions were missing. So, this was very helpful.
Found the power but it won't turn on. What could be the problem to look for.
Thanks for posting I just ordered this, excited to use

Great review! The suctiion test was very helpful.
Thank you for saving me a buy and return.
You can push it forward and back on the carpet. You don't have to lift it up when you go forward.
