In this video I show how I built my mini ramp. I spent 4 full days building and painting. I spent around 600$ so all in all it was a fun skate project. More skate builds to come.
Way cool. Good work and good vid. The kids added the necessary touch of real life. I noticed you did it all yourself. Dude, I wish I had been there to help. Your crew should be ashamed. Be sure and charge them rent. ;)
Interesting , I've never seen a ramp built this way. How big is you flat? Are you just using one ply of 3/8? I'm in the process of building my mini right now.
It's 38 2x4s and 13 sheets of plywood should be 420 bucks. Add screws paint and couping your at 600. So got to quikcoupons.com and you can buy discounts and get 10 or 20% off
@@StopRockSkating Looks good man. How's it holding up over time? All pressure treated lumber? I love PVC too btw. I blade so it's perfect and lasts forever for that.
PVC Coping is a bad idea. I dont care how light you are its going to break. The ramp you made dosnt have enough of a transition radius. Interested to see if you can even string tricks together on this.
Nice video. A little tighter transition would help you be able to maintain your speed when skating.
Great job dude. I was considering PVC coping myself to keep it quieter and you convinced me. Enjoy.

I used 4 ply 5/8 plywood. One sheet is strong enough at least for me
I just priced a 3ft ramp at home depot. it was well over 1k. jw how you came up with 600?
How wide was the half pipe and what plywood you using for the top?
