For this gorgeous look we also need this type of expensive makeup and we don't have that.....

She has only used make up that can be found in Indian drug stores and not any high end international brands like Mac, Bobby Brown or Nars. If you want to recreate the look you can do so with products you already own. Also here's a tip...if you don't want to buy too many products...bronzer, highlighter and blush can also be used as eyeshadow :)
She has used the cheapest makeup possible .
Lakme , maybelline, nykaa, nyx, wet and wild , miss Clair, LA pro girl, Kay beauty etc . are all the drug store brands.
I don’t know if there can be cheaper brands than these 🙄🤦🏻♀️

My face looking black or grey after apply base.. what should i do. I use fit me foundation (115) + maybelline powder (110).
If you're base is looking grey then the foundation shade you're using is too light for you skin tone. You will need a darker shade or try scraping a pinch of bronzer and mixing it with foundation to make it darker. Also only use powder under the eye and on the mid points of your face :)
