California always welcomes new ideas, and this project has a huge bright side. the project's success depends on how they adjunct the small pieces together.
Reminds me a lot of California city, that abandoned ghost town in Southern California.
California city is in the middle of no where and bad weather. This city is 1 hour from San Francisco between existing cities. They really not alike.
So they wanna make Ca. more like NYC? Thats the big NEW idea? 😂 😂 😂 😂
Why is East Solano Plan not accepting comments on their posts? Their posts state millions of gallons of water are being wasted on people who have invested money on farms. These are only sections of this land that are irrigated. Most of the land is used for grazing and uses rain for watering. The only people 'needing' this city are the people from the bay area. Solano county has had so many businesses close. Look at the Solano Mall. I don't understand how the investors think their businesses will fair any better. My vote is "NO".
I live in Solano County and do not see any benefit of this project going forward.
There are many problems this video did not address.
The road into and out of this area needs a major up grade. Water is a problem and also this area is a wind tunnel.
This project sounds like another pipe dream that is not practical.
I am certainly not going to vote for it.
Wind and water. That's the main issue.
Too much wind, not enough water.
As a Vacaville resident I can attest to this. I'm not against this but would hate to live here. 30+mph winds at 100F in the afternoon ain't fun. There's a reason there's one of the largest wind farms in the US literally across the highway (Hwy 12). If you buy, just buy without the back yard.
bro just invented European cities😂😂
It's not a European thing and it's what cities in America used to be like.
lol Europeans think the invented high density cities. That is the end game of any civilization. Yours actually aren’t even that great I prefer Asia.
It is not a European city; it is a Goldman Sachs city.
BIG SCAM. Totally profit driven.
