On that upper level you needed to move the wall over by 1. It was 1 block short on the 1 side. all you had to do was move the wall out by 1. & make the windows 9 x9 each with 1 pillar between them. I like the trap door look. some of the Hermits From Hermit Craft started making them. Wow you can have it. I don't like people coming in & changing what I make. Just watching others doing that is all I will do. Not go doing what you are doing.
