Have a Motor Trike Gladiator with Mechanicak reverse on a 2012 FLHTK. I am getting grinding when putting in reverse. (In nuetral clutch in). What would be the reason for that?

counter shafts are rotating .Shift into first and then to nuetral. then put it into reverse.
